Terms and Conditions for International Orders:

1. All international shipments are sent FEDERAL EXPRESS (FED EX) only.
2. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and value-added fees at customs. Custom fees, duties and taxes are accessed by your country at time of delivery. If a customer does not pay the custom fees, duties and taxes upon receipt of their order, we will charge the customers credit card on file for all applicable custom fees, duties and taxes based on our charges from the customs authority. These fee(s) will be charged to the customers credit card as soon as DiscountJeepParts receives notice from the specific governmental agency.
3. Accepted forms of payment are Credit Card, Paypal, and Electronic Transfer of Funds.
• Requirements for Credit Card Purchases:
  Billing and Shipping Address must be the same.
  Name on credit card must match the billing and ship to information.
  Address on file with credit card company must match the billing and shipping address.
  Security Code (CVC) required for all transactions.
  Credit card sales are limited to $500.00 (US) maximum
• Sales transactions over $500.00 (US), will require electronic transfer of funds or Paypal as method of payment.
• Process for using electronic funds transfer:
  Please place your order online as normal, as if you were using your credit card. Your credit card will be authorized, but not charged for the amount of the order. We will contact you via e-mail with instructions for the wire transfer. Once we receive notification from our bank that the transfer is received, we will then void the authorization on your credit card, and ship the order.
4. Items that are marked “Overmax” or “Clearance” are not eligible for international shipping.
5. Winches cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States .
6. Sheetmetal body parts and all electrical items are non-returnable.
